Director of Admissions

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Admissions to lead the campus admissions team, drive enrollment growth, and ensure a high-quality, student-centered recruitment experience. This position oversees daily operations, coaching, compliance, and strategic execution of the Admissions Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Admissions Representatives to achieve enrollment goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and student-focused service.
• Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and execute enrollment strategies to grow inquiries, applicants, and starts.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Forecast goals, activity standards, and staffing needs.
• Conduct outreach including high school visits, community events, and campus tours.
• Host open houses, orientations, and recruitment events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Education to support student onboarding.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5+ years of admissions or sales leadership experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data‑driven recruitment practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
