    We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician who is ready to step off the service truck and into a safe, climate‑controlled teaching environment where your expertise shapes the next generation of HVAC professionals. No prior teaching experience is required—just strong technical skills, professionalism, and a passion for mentoring others.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver classroom and hands‑on lab instruction using structured curriculum.
    • Demonstrate HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and repair.
    • Teach blueprint reading, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
    • Maintain safety and an organized, visitor‑ready lab environment.
    • Track attendance, grades, and student progress.
    • Prepare students for industry credentials including EPA 608.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of hands‑on HVAC/R industry experience.
    • EPA 608 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
    • High School Diploma/GED required; trades licensure a plus.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate adult learners.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Ability to lift and handle typical HVAC lab equipment.
