We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician who is ready to step off the service truck and into a safe, climate‑controlled teaching environment where your expertise shapes the next generation of HVAC professionals. No prior teaching experience is required—just strong technical skills, professionalism, and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands‑on lab instruction using structured curriculum.
- Demonstrate HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and repair.
- Teach blueprint reading, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Maintain safety and an organized, visitor‑ready lab environment.
- Track attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Prepare students for industry credentials including EPA 608.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands‑on HVAC/R industry experience.
- EPA 608 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- High School Diploma/GED required; trades licensure a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate adult learners.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift and handle typical HVAC lab equipment.
